A few weeks ago I launched the second installment in my new “Seasonal Juicing” eBook series! As you know, I’m an avid year-round juicer, but I also believe in the power of eating seasonally and following the natural rhythms of the earth. Here’s a peek inside the book with a new favorite juice of mine, perfect for these late hot summer months. We’re having a strange heat wave here, so I’ve been sipping this papaya/peach/lime combo all week. The enzymes from the papaya and antioxidant-rich peaches make a sweet and satisfying drink for radiant, glowing summer skin. Happy Juicing friends!
Remove the seeds and skin from the papaya, slice into long pieces that will fit through your juicer. Process remaining ingredients through your juicer. Pour into a glass and enjoy right away for glowing summer skin. Seal in an airtight glass container to store in your fridge up to 36 hours.
Note: This recipe is thicker in texture and can be diluted with 2-3 oz water if desired.
