1 apple
1 grapefruit, peel & pithe removed
5 stalks celery
½ bunch romaine
¼ bunch dandelion greens
Wash your produce thoroughly and carefully remove the peel and all the pithe (white flesh) from the grapefruit. Process all ingredients through your juicer. Pour into a glass and enjoy right away, or seal in an airtight glass container and store in your fridge up to 36 hours.
