One of the key practices of Ayurveda is the daily routine called Dinacharya, a set of practices that help to promote daily detoxification, strong digestion and mental clarity. In this workshop, learn how to create a nourishing self-care and natural beauty routine to help promote a healthy body, mind and spirit. Make a personalized body oil blend for your dosha and take home your own dinacharya practice sheets. No previous experience required, all levels welcome.
