From our students
“Having gone through Ayurvedic counselor and practitioner programs, I experienced so much judgment and shame around food. It all fed this image of perfection rather than reflecting real, lived experiences. Thank you for those moments when you say things like, 'We go to picnics. We socialize. We go to restaurants that may not agree with our digestion. We live and are householders.' Those honest and real shares mean so much. Thank you for teaching an approach to Ayurveda, food, and life that feels realistic, compassionate, and approachable.”— Courtney, Utah

Stop guessing what to eat.
Learn the time-tested principles of Ayurvedic nutrition and cooking you can apply to any cuisine to nourish you through the seasons and stages of your life. Start cooking with confidence.
Master Your Meals
You know food matters, but you're still guessing. You've read the articles, tried the trends, maybe even bought the spices still sitting unopened in your cabinet. But when it's time to actually put a meal together, one that feels good in your body, you're left guessing.
What if eating well didn't take willpower, restriction, or a full dietary reinvention every few months? What if you could open your fridge and instinctively know what to cook based on what your body needs?
Master Your Meals is a four-week deep dive into Ayurvedic nutrition and cooking. You'll learn to identify the six tastes and their effects, cook with everyday spices for both flavor and remedy, build a meal-planning framework that fits your real life, and how to recognize and cook for your own imbalances.
