I’m honored to be teaching at this year’s You.Are.Venus. Retreat at the Blue Doors in Oklahoma. I’ll be offering two workshops on sacred nourishment and women’s lunar practices, alongside many talented women bringing their skills this special retreat space.
You.Are.Venus. has created an intentional retreat experience centered around cleansing and restoring both mind and body. Through yoga, holistic meals, group workshops and one-on-one sessions (learn about each here), our aim is to help you re-align with your true self and purpose for this life. The weekend is intended to restore, connect and uplift the spirit through friendship, co-creation and oneness.
