Ayurvedic Vinyasa Yoga, Chai & Chat

Join mother-daughter, Kamala Santos and Claire Ragozzino, to explore the Ayurvedic approach to creating a personal yoga practice. Learn a series Ayurvedic Vinyasa sequences, as taught by Mukunda Stiles, that will balance each dosha. During this practice you can uncover your predominant constitutional quality (Prakruti), while balancing Vikruti (current imbalance) so that you are better able to adapt to the everchanging influences of life. Following the yoga practice, sip chai and chat with us about Ayurveda and daily routines that root your lifestyle in vibrant health and seasonal balance.
